It must be loaded with features, I do not need zip code fields, customers and the administrator must be able to add custom locations and sublocations, it must have a google or bing map, it must have a booking calendar which updates every 6 hours or so, it must have a nice and large picture portfolio capabilities, it could also include YouTube videos and virtual tours in flash.
