I am currently an affiliate for several payday loan websites (ncsreporting, icommissions, CJ, Flexoffers, leadpile, etc.) I would like a website similar to moneymutual.com or paydayloanaffiliate.com where a customer will come and fill out one form with all their information they will need to get a payday loan. His application will be sent out to all the sites I’m an affiliate with. And then he will be forwarded to a result page where he will see the TOP 2-3 offers that he got approved for and he will select the one he wants and then he will be taken to that companies webpage to finalize the application.

I would also want to be able to track the amount of completed applications and make easy for me to add / remove more affilate payday loan sites.
I would need you to set up the site in my hosting account. I can input the affiliate offers after the site is up.
Also need you to design all logos and graphics. Can provide some stock photography for use.
