I currently advertise on mobile networks like admob, jumptap, etc I need a php/page script that will allow me to ‘redirect’ incoming traffic based on carrier type (verizon, at&t, sprint, etc) I want to be able to redirect each carrier to a specific URL/web address… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, Software Architecture)
