i need a simple desktop application that will submit data to a website. there will be 2 input txt files: 1. data to submit.txt 2. exact url to submit the data.txt another programmer tried doing this project before but had some problems with logging in to the website… (Budget: $50-$70 USD, Jobs: .NET, C Programming, PHP, Python, Visual Basic)
