Single Page Psd To Html

I have a layered PSD of a single page. (see attached file) I want this layered PSD converted into an HTML+CSS page with all the relevant H1’s,H2’s etc.

I need it done in the next 10 hours.

Budget is $40, no escrow, payment in full once’s done.
