We are looking for a designer/coder to create a social networking/dating hybrid website.
The site will have the functionality of websites such as gaydar.co.uk and ladslads.com
Features would include:
– Profile Pages
– including
a video/picture gallery with private gallery option
a Facebook style ‘poke’ function
domain.com/USERNAME links
ability to see most recent people to view profile
ability to set Facebook/Twitter style statuses
ability to block user
– Private Messaging,
– Profile search (by location, statistics, age rage etc)
– Ability to add friends
– Forum/Blog system
– Main page would be a feed of public blogs and friend activity (photo uploads, statuses)
– Membership options:
– Paid/Free membership
– Restricted access to non-paid members, with links to upgrade
– Ability to make website ‘invite only’ (both by admins and users)
There will be an additional few features which will be required but nothing too complicated, winning developer will have a high chance of receiving ongoing work once the site is up and running (with the potential to earn more as the site begins to make money!) as we will require maintenance/continual feature development.
