Using the Bit.Ly API, I would like to build either a desktop app or a web service that will give me the ability to track clicks to a whole bunch of shorten URLs I will be creating. Background I produce a PDF newsletter that goes out weekly with links to external sites, pictures etc…. (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: .NET, Data Mining, Java, PHP)
