1st from all….I need a PROFESSIONAL. I have had several experiences where i hire programmers and they either do not finish the job and i pay them or leave the site filled with bugs and i still pay them…in the end I HAVE NOTHING… (Budget: $750-$1500 USD, Jobs: Embedded Software, jQuery / Prototype, PHP, Ruby & Ruby on Rails, Social Engine)
