We will be updating this report (see attachment) for 2011 and are looking on a bid to complete the entire report and provide the pdf. You will be provided the content in word and in excel tables. The length will be similar to the 2009 report. We are looking for an enhanced styling this time–perhaps more 3d on the graphics.
The content will be provided to you in November and you will have 3-4 weeks to complete the project.
You must sent a example of one page that you would propose to be considered.
