Need Someone To Rigged And Animate 3d Model

Hi Everyone, I need somone to rigg and make simple animation with this model:

Simple animation for now might not even require model to move limps but rather just spin around to show front and back muscle and have certain areas of body light up or get highlited. Later I might want some animation from actual model.
