graphical interface in c# wpf(xaml) by waema

I need a Gui ONLY made in XAML c#. as a WPF PROJECT. It should resemble the picture ATTACHED.. Please note.. I don’t want SILVERLIGHT.. ONLY XAML c# WPF project. I am known to: incline on what i see so a “pitch” with a key element on the picture would be appreciated…. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: .NET, C# Programming)
