I need a theme modification and theme redesign for Word Press, it shouldn’t be complicated to the right candidate, this is the first one of many projects to come as i have to much to work to handle myself, so professionalism, speed and accuracies is a most to build a long term relationship with the right candidate.The premium theme is brought from templatic and contains full documentaion, funcinality, and support.
The theme is call (GEO PLACES)(http://templatic.com/demos/?theme=geoplaces3) I am looking for wordpress A+++++ Skills and affordable prices. WordPress/PHP/CSS knowledge is essential as not all themes do exactly what they say they will do! Occasional php template tweaking necessary. I want the entire Front page to look like (onandgone.ie)front page. Instead of boxes I want Palm Trees(This is the only thing i want from the onandgone.ie front page. I want it to be similar to it. Don’t want the same pictures for each catergory, i will choose my own pictures for each category. I don’t want my website to look exactly like it but better then that. Again instead of Boxes I want Palm Trees.
This is what i need.
(A)The theme only lets me charge my users per ad(Listing) they place or let them place ads for free. I would like to be able to make multiple types of subscription plans. It should be made where i can add or remove plan types. I will need to be able to make weekly, monthly, and yearly plans.
(B) A search engine optimization strategy and a site specific search function
(C) I would like for each city to have different ads. For example, each city will have ad blocks so advertisers can buy that ad space.
(D) I need a preview website. For example, i would like to give clients a free preview of my website with a a guest password and user name so they can view it before they sign up.
(E) There should be no Templatic credit link in footer or links leading back to templatic.com or no templatic logos.
(F) I also would like to have space on the front page so i can insert banner ads.
Please do not bid if you can not fully understand website functionality and please only serious bidders bid on project ..

(G) Every time someone clicks on a different city (I WANT THE HOME BANNER SLIDER TO BE DIFFERENT IN EACH CITY SO BUSINESSES IN THAT CITY CAN BUY HOME BANNER SLIDER ADS. THERE WILL BE DIFFERENT BANNER SLIDERS FOR EACH CITY.

I need to charge users per, week, month, and year. So they can post unlimited listing per week, month, and year by subscription. The winning bidder will get more information
