Php Script That Pulls Feeds From A Db

Hi,
I’m looking to have a PHP script modified. It pulls data from a service that I subscribe to and I need a new skin plus affiliate link cloaking built into the script.

With regards to the reskinning, I have an idea of what I want the end product to look like. I also need a WordPress theme that will match the layout and colour scheme of the script.

I require examples of previous work.
