We wish to create a powerful plugin for wordpress that allows the user to automatically check for updates to plugins and wordpress core and if updates are available then automatically apply those updates.
There should be filters on the plugin to allow time delays for upgrades such as 1 Week after release, 2 weeks, etc for core and plugin upgrades.
There should also be an “Exclusion” list for certainly plugins that should not be upgraded.
This should also keep a log of upgrades and allow for notices to be sent to a predetermined email or the admin email.
