I’m looking for someone who can develop for me an app or tool that will allow me to create a downloadable facebook theme, where the resulting theme can be sold or given-away. The buyer should be able to download the fixed facebook theme that I will sell and be able to change her/his facebook account accordingly.
For example – I will choose an image, ex. justin bieber image, and use it as a design for the theme. Then I will upload the image using this tool or app, allow me to customize (ex. repeat image, fade, resize, add or change background color, text color, etc). Then save or finalize.
Then I will be able to sell or give away the resulting justin bieber facebook theme where buyer can download it and install or apply as his/her new facebook theme.
When you bid, please indicate via private message how you plan make this happen. The idea is to make it as easy as possible for the buyer to apply it to her/his fb account. I will use this as basis when I choose.
Below are some of the references. Note however, that in these examples, user can still go over and choose other designs. That should only be available to me. But once I set the design, I should be able to make it available for download (one fixed design per download).
