I’m looking for someone to either clone or build a basic review website. Depending on which one would depend on my budget so the budget below is for a clone. The site I am referencing is www.apartmentratings.com, http://www.rentjungle.com, or http://www.rentwiki.com/ HOWEVER I do NOT need all the bells and whistles that site has. I really only want the review and ratings functions. Read the entire project notes, if you do not read the entire project notes or spam me I will NOT consider you and will remove your bid.
I want the site to be very similar to one of the sites referenced however I also want people to also be able to review private landlords/ owners by address who rent rooms, houses, duplex, etc. I just need a basic search function to search by zip, city, full address, or keyword. An example of the review page for each entry can be found at http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/CA-San-Jose-Colonial-House-Apartments.html I would also need user accounts, meaning they would need to register before they can review.
I do NOT need all the other bells and whistles and we can talk about additional things I might want and what the costs would be. If you clone the site it must be slightly different colors and look.
