i dont want to duplicate it, but i would like to make one that does exactly what it does, maybe has a different feel. easier to use, more powerful, does more, better… etc. i would like to make a better plugin.
I am open to all suggestions.

also a brief description of what you can do to improve this plugin or do differently that would really make this plugin standout as a different plugin, i would like this plugin to do more things than the one at the above mentioned site.
their plugin requires you to be a member of their site to get the conversions, i would like to be able to create the conversions at will without having to belong to any membership.
i would like this plugin to be usable on multiple sites.
i would like to have a security feature on this plugin so that it cannot be used by anyone, they will have to purchase a lic. and each site they have the plugin on will need to be registered as well.
i dont want to find this plugin on a blackhat site nulled. so the security feature will have to be exceptional.
Money is a serious selling point. i need the best bang for my buck. the person with the lowest bid and best ideas and abilitys will get the job.
i will have other work moving forward if this project worksout.
