hello, I am having problems with reading html files in php. When you try to open html file with Arabic name using fopen(), you get an error saying the file doesn’t exist. I need to get these problems fixed quickly, as i know this should be the easy task for the expert… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, PHP)
