What I Have:
-I have created a full functioning locator map in google with a drop down menu that will populate locations within a radius specified by the user.
-Locations are loaded from a database.
-Infowindow displays location markers when selected.
-Location markers display location details loaded from database.
What I Need:
-Drop down menu needs to be converted into a list with information loading from the database, exactly like this:

-2 check boxes need to be added for the user for optional filtering.
-Infowindow needs to have styling added based on my specifications.
-Functionality should be the same as the example provided below.
-When there is no locations within a specific distance, my map goes to a random location. This needs to be fixed so that a default location loads.
