I am looking for someone to create a shopping cart script. Here is what I need it to do. As an administrator I will need to do the following:

Need ability to EDIT products.
Be able to offer PURCHASE OPTIONS – EXAMPLE: If I was selling shirts then the customer would want to choose size and colour:
OPTION #1 NAME: Size OPTION VALUES: small.medium,large,Xlarge
OPTION #2 NAME: Colour OPTION VALUES: red,blue,black,green
This way if the person is ordering a shirt, they can choose from a dropbox the size and the colour.
I want to be able to create PROMO CODES – maybe have it so I can create a code and have it expire at a certain date. You would have the following fields to enter:
DISCOUNT CODE____
DISCOUNT AMOUNT______
MINIMUM ORDER GROSS______
EXPIRY DATE_________
This way if a customer orders a certain specified amount and enters the promo code at check out then they will get the specified discount if redeemed by the expiry date.
I would need to be able to manage promo codes (change, delete, etc.)
Also manage orders, be able to see who ordered what and when and how much, etc.
AS A CUSTOMER:

I want it so a customer needs to sign up to purchase products which they can do at check out when making their first purchase (name, address, phone number, email, etc.) Need to save their info with email in database.
Also, I want an option where a customer can type in their email address for a MAILING LIST if they wish to just add their email address for newsletter/promotions/new products alerts.
Have a SEARCH option to search for products in store.
Be able to ADD TO CART and CHECKOUT.
Enter PROMO CODE at CHECKOUT
Pay with PAYPAL.
This is an idea of what I want included. I have a script but it doesn’t work properly and this how I want it to work. Hope this is clear. Any questions, please ask. Any ideas to improve, please let me know!
