We require someone to make a new template for a new Joomla 1.6.1 installation – the Joomla is already set-up and essentially it means turning a static site into a Joomla template. Its an easy job but one we don’t have time for.
The template must fit within Joomla CMS profile – this means that all headers etc., must reside within the header of the template and not in a page content window.
Payment is such that – we will Escrow money once we can see you are working on it – and when ½ the template is completed to our requirements we will release ½ payment and then when the project is complete and we are satisfied with the artwork – we will the release the final payment.
