I have discovered that I need a web designer that can take my concept and put it into a web design document. This would include page mockup, illustrations, database design and diagrams, look and feel, technologies needed, etc… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: CSS, Graphic Design, MySQL, PHP, Website Design)
