I need someone who is very good in designing layouts in PSD, and then converting them to HTML.
I just need layout to look really professional and neat. Examples for clean layouts are:

I need someone who is very good in designing layouts in PSD, and then converting them to HTML. I need them to design whole website and then coder will code on top of that. From start to finish graphics are required.
These are the pages that I will require:
1 – Landing/Sign in page like www.squareup.com
2 – Home page that will look like a mix of Twitter.com/Foursquare.com
3 – Buy Page that will look like eBay.com, similar graphics.
4 – Sell page that will look like Yardsellr.com
5 – About Us/Company page that will look like yardsellr.com about us page.
6 – Dashboard: User profile will look like the dashboard like from paygr.com
All these 6 pages need to be sliced and given in HTML format, and w3c recommendation.
I will need the layout done very nicely and professionally. I will also need designer to change small icons and layouts that we currently have.
Designer will also need to know some graphic work for images, not too complicated ones but basic ones.
Please remember, These ones have to be SEO friendly, evident text boxes where necessary, not just any images placed.
They have to be sliced properly and converted into HTML.
There has to revisions, multiple, because if layout is not done right, I cannot accept.
I will keep you in touch with my programmer and you will have to do work simultaneously according to the needs.
We only need 6 pages in order to finish whole website. Thanks.
