Two simple Web page to upload Movie mp3 and script by mikehan1

I want to get one simple page to upload the movie script and movie MP3 file to the server with its poster and the ‘closed caption’ files. The mp3 or the script is too big for the student to learn English… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP)
