I would like to build the following site:
A website that has the capability to record video from the users webcam. The website would require the user to sign up and pay an annual fee to record video from their webcam onto our website as well as upload their own videos. They could have access to all their contents and have some basic editing tools. They could also be able to share their videos individually or collectively with others who are on shared list using facebook or email addresses (openid). The recorded video from the webcam should be of high quality and not require the user to download an application, so it would use flash or something.
