I have a WordPress theme that does not have any widget areas. I need some widget areas added to the sidebar and footer.
You should be able to do this with some edits to the theme files sidebar.php, footer.php and functions.php.
The widget’s need to be styled to match the current theme, widget styles should be added to the main style.css file.
