I need to develop a website that will allow escrow services for digital currency transactions.
A buyer will send digital currency to us, the seller will send goods and/or services to the buyer, and when the buyer has confirmed receipt, they will click on a link in their email, which will confirm the transaction, and the funds will be released to the seller.
There should be a dispute process, and in that dispute process both parties will be able to enter their information on the issue. The dispute will then be resolved by an 11 member panel who will vote on the issue, which should be built into the website as well.
It should have a proper SSL certificate, which I will purchase and provide. It should also be mobile friendly.
The fees for transactions should automatically be deducted based on set numbers and/or percentages
