Super Simple Aweber Hidden Field Script To Count Signups

I am looking for a very simple script to use a hidden field on my aweber form to count people that come to my site and join my list. People will come to my site, fill in their name and email address, and I also want a hidden field on the form that will assign them a number. Basically, the first person to join my list will be given the number “1”, the second person to join my list, “2”, and so on and so on. There should be certain things in place to make sure that no two people have the same number. For example, if two people happen to be filling out the form at the same time, I don’t want two people to have the same number.

The script should also email the person who joins my list their number when they sign up so they know it their own number, and it should also create a file on my server, so that every time a person joins my site, it adds their name, email, and their number (for example “1”) to the file on my server so that I also know each persons number. The email that gets sent to each member should be something simple like, “Thanks for joining. Your number is: “x””, with an email subject like, “Your winning number…”.

In Summary
I already have the aweber form setup on my site and everything works perfectly as far as their name and email getting added to my aweber list. I can even create the hidden field if you like. I just need you to create the script/code to add to my exisiting aweber code that will
1) assign each person who joins my list a unique number (“1” to infinity),
2) email that person their number so they know their number, and
3) add their signup information including their number, to a file on my server. I can upload everything myself, I just need the files and any special directions if any.
(Note: the counting sequence should start at “1” and go forever when assigning people numbers, as many people that join my site). Also, if someone unsubscribes from my list, everyone else’s number should not change, they should keep their original number).

I have an extremely small budget for this project because I am very low on cash. The most I can spend is around $35.
