The requirements are to update the HTML / CSS of a site to what is shown in two PSDs. The first PSD is for the home page, and the second PSD is for interior pages. All code must be tableless, valid html and css and the code must be clean. The PSDs are attached.

For the interior page, you will use the layout shown in the PSD and add the content from this page:

The other requirement is that, when possible, you reuse the existing code.
