I’m looking for a customized Mantis Bug-Tracker with additional features added, and some taken out. We’re not going to be using it solely as a Bug-Tracking system, but as a website project management tool with bug tracking, change requests, feature requests, etc….. (Budget: $30-$500 USD, Jobs: HTML, MySQL, PHP, Website Design)
