Hi we need two websites building.
Essentially the sites will be the same, with almost the same functionality, just a different skin/design. We want the sites building on WordPress and need a turnaround of 1 month for the entire build.

Graphics:
I am having a logo designed but I like the graphics like these on Kajabi.com for headers and certain areas of the site- http://www.kajabiapp.com/images/other-known-fact-4.png, http://www.kajabiapp.com/images/other-known-fact-1.png , http://www.kajabiapp.com/images/other-known-fact-2.png – do we need to outsource these to a different specialist designer or can you do them as part of the build?
