– Public Area (Home, contact us, about, Post Resume)
– Admin Area (administer those required for posting resume lookup)

Also try to check out the Google version with AJAX – I want to those lookup is done through AJAX just like Google version and everything must be able to fit in one page (no multi-paging) to enter a resume.

This will allow education, positions, etc – the ones that normally take a long drop-down list to be lookup as you type the text field.
The ones that are not in the lookup will be stored in corresponding table for admin to be able to add that easily to the existing lookup table.
Milestone #1:
Public Area – look and feel is similar to ScriptLance website as this is a prototype site (horizontal top nav, login information, room for logo at the header), similar colour scheme.
Admin Area – requires users with certain role, many roles exists (must allow multi-level menu as there will be more things to administer later), horizontal menu changes from public menu to administrator menu (Lookup, Resumes, Jobs at the top level menu). Under Lookup, there will be individual Lookup administration e.g. to administer the qualification, education institution, sector/industry, job type, etc (see the fields in Careerone website as a guide).
