I want you to create a php mysql software
program that will submit domains to over
3000 whois and DNS submission services.
I have provided the list of services that I
want to submit to in the attachment.
You just need to create software that will submit
urls to all these services

I basically want my software to do the same thing
as Backlink Speed except I want it to be web
based as I am going to offer this as a free web
based service. Their software is software that you download
to your computer.
Here is what the software should do:
1. Submit one url at a time to over 3000
whois dns database services. (List provided
in attachment)
2. Show a report after the submission.
(Check out how backlink speed does this. It shows
the services submitted to then provides a link to
check your domain on their service which opens in a new window)
3. The software should have an editable header,
footer and sidebars that I can use for advertising.
(Not encrypted)
4. The software should have an interface where new
whois databases can be added and old ones deleted.
5. I would like an open source version and then
an encrypted version.
6. Readme with instructions for installation.
I will own the exclusive rights to the software for giveaway
and resale.
7. In the encrypted version there should be a footer which
has a link saying “Powered By Quickregister.net Whois Submitter”
which cannot be deleted by the user.
That is it. The software basically should submit urls to the DNS whois
services and give a report.
I can pay $200. for the creation and ownership of this software.
