TubeAce Error on Windows PLesk help needed by trevorstone

I need someone to help me fix an error that I have on TubeAce after being installed on a windows plesk server. Everything is working except once the video is uploaded there is an error message (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Flash, HTML5)
