ALDO THE APACHE – http://www.dafont.com/aldo-the-apache.font
CHARCOAL CY – This font comes standard on Mac machines so would need to be substituted to an alternative. It might also be available online somewhere.
The file is print-ready, therefore is in 300dpi resolution and CMYK colour mode.
