We have a application on our website that displays all of our doctors profile pages. See attachments find_doctor_bio.aspx and find_doctor_bio.aspx.cs.
I want to add a youtube video to each profile, using the form that we use to manage the profiles that enters data into our MS SQL database. See attachment EditIndividual.aspx and EditIndividual.aspx.cs.
