I need 2 versions of a simple wordpress theme

I need
– first Version = 2 Columns Design
( look at attachment-file )
– second version = 3 Columns Design

– “Mietwagen” / “Hotels” and “Fluge” are 3 Links , you should add theme and the icons near these Links should get a little bit bigger by mouse over.
the middle Column in the second design is for adsense and it must must be easy to put some adsense code ( or some others ads there)
– THe Code must be clean and you will have to write some comments in the Code ( CSS File)
– there should be no margin or padding at the top of the page. right now there is one ( look at attachment-file )
I need all copyrights for this template .
The template must be at the end w3c valid, and compatible with all major browsers ,SEO optimized site structure, Compatible with WordPress 2.0+, Tableless Design , Widget ready.

This work is really easy and i think it should be done under 30mn-1h for a profesional
