Hi, I would like 3 short articles written about my apartment locating website. I have recently obtained my real estate license for the state of Texas, and I would like 3 articles written that help to describe me, and my website as described below:
1) (Around 250 words) Just an overview telling about apartment locating service (what it is, how it works, etc). An apartment locating service is a service where real estate agents earn a fee for referring apartments to people. You can charge, but I do not charge a fee to help people find an apartment, townhome, loft, etc, because I am paid a referral fee by apartment companies when I refer someone to them that signs a lease. Please mention the keyword “townhomes for rent in houston” at least twice in this article, but no more than twice.
Please also use these other keywords, “apartments for rent in houston”, “townhomes in houston”, “houston lofts”, and “for rent in houston texas”.
2) (Around 200 words) A simple article telling about me….my name is Jason Jacoby, that I am real estate agent specializing in apartment locating, etc. People may not know it, but in order to even refer apartments and receive a commission greater than $50, you need to have a real estate license, etc. Talk about how I also have an article of the top 10 biggest mistakes people make when renting….stuff like that.
3) (450-500 words) I would like an article written about the site lsltx.com (take a look at the site to get ideas). This is my apartment locating site that I want people to go to to see about renting an apartment or to contact me. You can point out how the site works….that they can call me, or even better, they can fill out the easy form on the “find an apartment” page to say exactly what they’re looking for, and I will email them a list of properties that match what they are looking for. You can say that I can find them apartments, townhomes, lofts, flat, high-rise, or split-level. Also say that not only are my services free because I am paid by the apartment companies, say that I also offer a $100 reward when they lease. Talk about how I have access to the latest apartment data from thousands of apartment companies, and I will work with them to find them the apartment they want as long as it takes. Remind them that my services are completely free, and that they can always continue looking on their own because they can always just “walk away”…but why not try it?–it’s free, plus they can make a $100 which comes in handy when moving. etc, etc, etc
Please use the keyword, “townhomes for rent in houston” about 2 or 3 times in the article, and also try to sprinkle these keywords throughout the article: “homes for rent in houston”, “for rent in houston tx”, “apartments for rent in houston”, “rent in houston texas”, and “apartments in katy tx”. Please try to use as many of these words as you can without sounding repetitive.
I have budgeted $20 for this project.
