I am looking for an expert wordpress theme designer. There will be small graphic work, but mostly coding. I am looking for someone who can create a wordpress theme, customize the admin for posting. I need it where I can have different options when I make a post for our reviews. We want people to be able to sign up for an account and leave reviews and more.
