PSD is well organised into well names group and layers making it easy to edit.
Image size is of default photoshop international a4 paper at 300dpi, to ensure best quality when printed.
Photo in preview is included, and taken by me Mic. Agius (Photo used has been taken by me: http://www.flickr.com/photos/magiusdesign/5509715192/in/photostream, so I would appreciate that it is considered when the price is decided upon.)
Fonts used are Myriad Pro (similar to helvetica and arial), though its usually preinstalled on most systems & Rockwell.
