I need a new design for the following website:

Everything can be changed, colours, logos etc, but I need the same menu links, and I need to be able to add/change the menu links that are in use.
I *don’t* need the HTML/CSS, just the graphic file.
Only bids with an attached proposal will be considered – proposal designs can be low res/watermarked to your hearts content, but I need to see them, otherwise your bid will be removed.
