Im not looking for a major costly development as the budget is not large.
User features:
Chat live from a webcam or stream live from anywhere.
Record and send a video email from an onsite email account, internal and external.
Upload and share videos
Microblog
With the amount of scripts and clones on the market, Im not looking for this to be expensive as you could clone many of the existing sites and integrate them into one site.
Live Streaming and video share.

Micro blog.
eg. http://friendfeed.com, http://tumblr.com or http://status.net/
Video Email.
eg. http://www.web-video-email.com/
Integrating what is on the market is the key to this job and the user would join, get their own email address and their own url like myurl.com/username
Im going through some other things that might be a better solution like videowhisper.com, but Im open to your ideas on how to achieve the end result easily and cheaply.
If you think of the whole project in these terms: Broadcast, Email, Chat, Blog, this is what I want the site to achieve.
I want the site very clean and very quick loading. It must look very slick in design and be very easy to navigate.
The project will be awarded to someone who is a good communicator and who spends more than 1 minute in applying for the job.
Im looking for a solution so please spend some time in highlighting how you would go about integrating this into one site, links to other sites like this you have made and let me know when you could start, how long it would take and what it would cost.
