We require someone to make a new template for a new Joomla 1.6.1 installation – the Joomla is already setup and we will provide Adobe Illustrator Artwork of the layout and art work from which the template should be developed.
The template, will have 4 slightly different menus for different pages but in all there are 10-12 pages only. The content is not required – as we will put the content in – we simply need someone to make the Joomla template look EXACTLY like the Adobe Illustrator Artwork.
We have two almost identical jobs like this – the successful person/company will be offered the second project as well.
Payment is such that – we will Escrow money once we can see you are working on it – and when ½ the template is completed to our requirements we will release ½ payment and then when the project is complete and we are satisfied with the artwork – we will the release the final payment.
Agreeing to accept this project means you also accept out terms – we have 10 out of 10 ranking here and on Guru.com – so provided you do the work as outlined payment is assured.
We are require CLEAN code – BUGFREE and quality work – and patch jobs are not acceptable.
A PDF is enclosed for your consideration but all work is done from a final Adobe Illustrator Artwork file.
