I have a website that I need tweaked.

In Chrome, it looks fine, but in Internet Explorer the alignment is off. I just need someone to fix the appearance in IE. Also, in all browsers, I need the main links centered in the middle of the black spray paint, and all the posts to fit within the gray box.
