Interested in adding an “advertise” section for an already modified open-source social networking script. Looking for the following functionality:

2)Keyword Bid management
3)Payment Page / Payment Gateway/ PayPal integration
4)Email newsletter design
5)Email Notification
6)Ad page creation
7)User / Admin panel/management
8)User / Admin analytics
9)Weekly/Monthly account report generation
10)ETC
The “advertise” section will be very similar to linkedin.com’s “advertising” module functionality. Will need a FAQ layout just like they have and will also require similar content writing and user set up path. I already have a “create a page” functionality setup but everything else around it will have to be developed and implemented.
