I need to convert the following site to WordPress.

The site will need to be built to EXACTLY match the design. Also need to ensure:
– cross-browser compatible
– permalinks set for page name optimisation
– SEO plug-in installed
– working form on contact page
– navigation works so that can add new pages in to the navigation.
It needs to be built in a way that makes it EASY for client to add the photos (browse/upload).
Ideally I would like to build it in Ithemes Builder – please confirm whether or not you can do this (Builder template will be provided if you can).
