One free spin per email, only my email address can be used multiple times, and every time the system sends a win to the user, it sends a BCC to my email address also. Only one email address can be used per 30 days, with the system sending the user a reminder 30 days after initial play, the user can opt out of the reminder service when entering their email in order to play by un-ticking the box that is ticked that says – Please remind me in 30 days by email to play again. They can also opt out with the unsubscribe link that is sent on their win and reminder email.
The database will log all the names/emails/date played/wins for each email address entered.
The email that is sent will need to be graphical with all the Terms of use enclosed / the win details and expiry date of the win.
When the user first enters the game, they will have a pop message that says:

We have emailed this to the email address you used to play. Remember come back in 30 days to play again to win even bigger discounts. You can redeem your prize when you next get a quote from us, but remember your prize will expire on {30 days time date}. But don’t worry if you don’t use it by then, as you can play again on that date.
