I have two PSD files for two pages that need to be sliced, cut, HTML(Divs) and CSS created. Must work across all major browsers. Pages centered, with BG color as set in PSDs. HTML/DIVs must be nested perfectly in HTML source (very very clean HTML). All style definitions should be located inside CSS style sheet – No in-line styles. If possible, please avoid using images as backgrounds. I would prefer the images be referenced in the HTML with “img src=” tags. JPGs of the PSD files are attached. Once bid is accepted, the PSD files will be provided.
