I need a WordPress template created for the following webpage: http://theoaklandberkeleyjournal.com/new/index.html
The Blog needs to look EXACTLY like the page above; same header, same buttons, etc. I would like for the drop-down menus to be fixed though. All of the HTML/CSS is done so all you have to do is make it into a WordPress Template with the PHP coding.
Need this done asap.
