I am using HESK, and it currently only allows users to search tickets by Ticket ID. I want to add search by email address and let them see all tickets associated with that email.
This is a standard installation of HESK, except that it lives on an internal server, accessible ONLY to the LAN.
You can modify a standard install of HESK and then give me the modified files…
